hopefully. do you happen to know if the support still respond on mails? i just sent them a mail about updating CSB or adding new rewards and am curious if there is any reason to expect a respond or not

they should respond mails cuz our hacked guy sent like 50-100 mails to support and at last he got an answer.

i have sent them 1-2 mails only and they havent replied to me for that. so i am not that happy going with their support, sorry.
