Which skill to use on ES/Ryoka?

I'm having trouble on what to use on PvE..
My current formation is  Rukia/Kisuke/Main/Tavern Renji/Ikkaku. I think combo rate is better but still having problems with what to choose. Wanted what you guys think/use on PvE
Of corse I have Zabimaru tho

I think before anything else I'd recommend getting rid of tavern renji. If you're level 90, or close to it, I'd recommend getting kenpachi. But if you're still a ways away from that then get kensei for now.

2 doesn't reduce def, currently use skill 5, there is no spoon

I got Shin Grimmjow,boosting him atm.I'm planning to get Kenpachi too but upgrading Grimmjow will not be worth then. So many confusions i have

I use personally 8th skill to proc sexy yorus skill more often, she got 100% crit and 185k attack power, while other my chars have ~110k attack power, if you got more even team you should go with 9th skill

Grimm is better than Ken, does more dmg, especially Pant Grim.  But if you don't plan to get Pant Grim then just stop bothering now and go to Ken so you can get him modded up.

Yeah only go for Grimmjow if you're going to upgrade him.

Kenpachi for PVE (if you can buff him with modify and good stats somewhat close to your main, hes good in PVP too)

Kensei for both (PVE because he increases his own damage whilst gaining a mininum of about 15% combo rate, fully evo Kensei you can gain 40% Combo rate)
