Daily Refresh Cards

Will there be any Refresh Cards just like in Ultimate Ninja because its impossible for me to get 150 even with spending coupons/gold

for example you need a purple fortify or arena etc and you only see blue and green you want to skip but it costs 10 gold/coupons you get 1 free refresh and in Ultimate Ninja you can get Skip cards , you use them instead of the 10 gold/coupons
