Zabimaru vs Sogyo.

I just Got Sogyo last event and just maxed it out,  I tried Sogyo and Dragon Slash during ES,  and I tried Zabimaru and Incinerate as well DS level 12 and Incinerate lvl 13.  I was told that Sogyo would be a superior and major upgrade for PvE but yet my Zabi/Incin duo does roughly 1 mil + more damage.  am I missing something here?  Trying to figure this out before Ryoka attack tonight to maximize my damage.

Sogyo is better with specific partners. What skill numbers are Incinerate and Dragon Slash?

Sogyo is only for ppl who are using dark rukia or cute orihime because their buff stack. Also the difference if you have the partner for it isnt that big because lvl 8 skill is bugged when you are using 3 assaulters and it gives the bonus round to random partner not to the one it should.

Dragon Slash level 12 and Incinerate level 13,  I use Ikkaku and Kenpachi as assaulters..... and for support I use Tavern Urahara and Rukia.

It isn't random. It gives the extra round to the partner to the left of your main. If your main is the assaulter to the left, the extra round would be given to the partner on the right.

In that case I'd use zabimaru and 9th skill.  I use this combination for ryoka and I get good damage.  

As mentioned, sogyo and 8th skill is best when you have somebody like cute orihime or d. rukia or you can try it out when you have to put your vanguard back on during ryoka and are running a 2-2-1 formation.

How would the 2-2-1 do more Damage then my 2-3 tho?  I am not sure how the VG would Increase my Damage....  I am sooo stumped now xD

ok now just do what i will say get orihime if you can afford her cz she's great and use sogyo + 9th skill no questions , just test it and when you see the damage increase thank me and i will explain why

I use Sogyo for PvP and Zabi for PvE. Zabi, plus Isshin, plus sexy yoru, plus kisuke and rukia plus 9th skill means I do as much damage as the number 1 in our server who has twice the BP
