2x 16% needs 4x 14%,
4x 14% need 8x 12%,
8x 12% need 16x 10%,
16x 10% needs 32x 8%,

u need 32x basic fury stones to get 2x 16%

you just have to do the math % wise your just gonna have to keep synthesizing about 2more times on your big fury stones

there is a couple ways to get "pure" t1 (its how i call to have 50 fury boost just from stones)

2x 18%, 4x 16% = 100% = 100 fury

6x 16% = 96% + 4 fury echant = 100 fury

4x 14%, 2x12% = 80% + lvl 11 evo (must give 10 fury) = 100 fury

4x 12%, 1x 14%, 1x 10%= 72% + lvl 11 evo (must give 10 fury) + 4fury enchant = 100 fury

im not sure if its all correct, check before everything
