chat not working

can someone please help me?

I have been playing for a while now but i can't use the chatbox.
I have tried several browsers, even installed some new but nothing works HELP!!!

what do you mean by can't use. you cant type in the textbox or you cant see it?
have a screenshot?

I'm level 48 , simply can't type, can see it, and can read all other messages and use emoticons but that's it

can you copy + paste into that textbox? like copy a word from somewhere outside the bleach game and try to paste it there using ctrl+v.

also when you bring your mouse to textbox, does the cursor change to 'I' shape?

no can't copy, tried several times.

can you take a screenshot of your complete browser page including the address bar. (just open that page in a browser and no other pages)
