Buffs override question

I have a little question before spending tokens on Cute Orihime. My current pve setup is Sexy Yoruichi, main, Berserk Renji, Dark Rukia, Rukia. I also use Sogyo as zanpakuto.
Now i know that similar buffs can't override eachothers. Sogyo boosts the whole team attack, Sexy Yoru increases support damage, Dark Rukia increases the assaulters damage. So as for now, nothing overrides.
If i get Cute Orihime, her buff will override Sogyo buff on my assaulters. Tho she will also give me extra block rate, which is really good in pve.
Should i get her or nah?

my friend got c.orihime and his damage went from stupid to bullshit (i mean this in a good way) c.orihi is really good in pve she can almost double your total damage with the block rate also she has the best boobs in the game so why not

From what i read on the description, Cute Orihime gives attack while Dark Rukia damage rate.
It shouldn't override it.
