Well this is only the second time he's out if i'm not mistaken. As for the price it's kind of late for me to even do the simple math, but i'm more then 100% positive that there will be better event's and deals to get him then lucky turntable.  

First time he was out he was obtainable (exchangeable) for 20k (I think it was 20k) gold top up, and if you're lucky 100% rebate if you're the highets toping up player during the event (Ultime rebate i think the event's called)

Ultimate charge was the best event for him but that's already over, I don't think this one's worth it tbh. I'd wait and see.

It's worth it, my damage raised by 30mil in ES and allow me to 1hko till wave 70. :O
