your better off sending an email to them use their support email, i believe their support mail is [email protected] also you should try the support of the top up option you used.

It was Amopay but last time I top up its under a different name Joyfun. So I'll just send another email to [email protected] I guess.

2 weeks no replies. The absolute worst customer support I've witnessed. I'm out $50 with nothing to show for it. No worries though, you guys won't receive another cent from me. Damn ghosts working the customer support.

I would avoid using that payment method. they have yet to give back money that they said they would at the start of this month. and there has been no word on this yet on getting any money back from over charged payments
