With your current setup, i think sogyo is more usefull, but it depends on ur future plans

you should go with 1-3-1 when u hit lvl 100 get hoyrinmaru and build it around starrk

Go for Sogyo.
Lately I see some players hurting other players giving their opinion turned to his passions. If you are using the 1-3-1 formation use Sogyo in Kotowari, issshin extra bonus give for your main and shini yoru, cute orihime buffs three assaulters( damage rate (not attack), and block rate) and u vgnd. Replace the 110 Komamura by hollowed ichigo or s kenpachi.

Do not listen to these players that  recommend a zanpakuto that does not fit their formation. With sogyo you will earn 12% spd and 21% dmg, 10% more damage own team (is awesome man really awesome). Isshin is a monster with sogyo and zangetsus.

Take sogyo and be happy.

Dont Stack, she gives damage rate ( not attack). Bug in description.
