Help me decide

Hmm so i am trying to decide which one of the above to get first no doubt ill get them all eventually "prays for all their prices to go down some lol" but for now anyways who would be the better choice and why?
I currently run 2-2-1
Shinso gin T1  ----- Retsu nohana kenpachi
Isshin ----- main (if only we could remove mains sadly we cant)
True shikai
Zanpaktou zangetsu / zenbon depending on the situation / pve/ pvp wise usages on who i fight Mainly use zangetsu to speed up assaulters while shinso remains my fastest for t1 whole team turn 1
If i get mugetsu i could go 1-3-1 however i like evening it out with a 2-2-1 hes great and its a tough choice since i want em all but im only getting one of them first.
Bankai rukia is self explanatory she fucking kills pesky VG's
tensa helps and buff everyone

so help me decide lol
im leaning bankai rukia route please do share your opinions ( i bet mosst will advice rukia since she is a god) decisions decisions...
