Ryoka Attack - System Announcments

Hello, as the title above says i have a problem with the announcements during ryoka attack event
everytime the event starts and the announcements come my pc gets slower.


I found out that the announcements fill my cache extremly fast and always have to clean my pc afterwards.
Thats why i would like to have the option of turning off these announcements.
