i so happened to get him and kenny unohana from joint task since i was aiming for TSI during anniversary event
so if you plan accordingly the top up and the spending can be done in one go lets just say
2 or 3 birds 1 stone XD

What are the odds of Senbon showing up on UBP? Heard there's 20k gold value limit to UBP, and he seems like he'd fit within cap.

remember its spend 8k but you need to top up 10k gold as a requirement aside from spending 8k of it
