Hi

My formation right now is Sophasticated Rangiku, Sexy Yoruichi , Me (spirit Blade) , ikkaku,  Yoruichi Shihoin support.
Level 81, 365k BP using Kazeshini.

My question is what do i have to do to get really strong. Like what partners are good with bikini babes and what kind of zanpakuto i need. also im VIP 6 but gonna upgrade soon.
I was thinking about getting Yoruichi title when the event comes up.

i'd focus on PVE if you want to get strong.  so switching out ikkaku for isshin and support yoruichi for cute orihime. the bikini girls are nice because they fit with almost any party, so no need to switch them out.  getting a van friendly zanpakuto wouldn't hurt, but i know that can be expensive for a good one.
