Gear and partner level 70

I know that this subject has already been discussed but I can find only old discussions or people always going out of subject. I will make this clear and simple I'm level 69 and -


1. Do I need to get the level 70 gear or stick to the level 50 gear shadowkill spirit forged and wait for level 80 to change?


2. I have Sado, Renji, Rangiku, Main and Orihime for pvp and pve I usually replace Ori with Rukia. I will get Shin Zabimaru Renji soon (65 coupons for now)  and I want to replace Rangiku with him. Is it a good thing?


3. If i have to get a gold partner in the tavern once I reach level 70, who do you think I should take in my team? (I'm VIP 1 :/ )


Please don't be upset or mean that I created a new subject about that. I am just confuse and lonely on my server. I don't want to mess up.
