in my honest opinion here are my picks for each tavern

lvl 50 Tavern: Renji/Lisa (pick your poison), Momo, Rukia

lvl 70 Tavern: Sajin, Yoruichi, and Tier

lvl 80 Tavern: Ikkaku, Kisuke, Byakuya/Tosen (again pick your poison)
Edit: I didn't see you wanted the others picks for pass lvl 80 so here are mins for lvl 90+

lvl 90 Tavern: Zaraki and Unohana

lvl 100 Tavern: Gin

lvl 110: Ichigo (Visored version) and Aizen

these are just my picks on who i think are best and it would take me a long time to type out the pros and cons of each choice

LVL 50: Renji, Rukia, and Momo
LVL 70: Sajin and Yoruichi. (waste of silver if you get Harribel cuz you have momo)
LVL 80: (where you choose to major in PVP or PVE) PVP: Byakuya
PVE: Ikkaku and Kisuke
LVL 90: Kenpachi and Unohana
LVL 100: Gin Ichimaru
LVL 110: Replace Sajin With Masked Ichigo. Replace Kenpachi with Uryu. Aizen is Optional wether you want to Stun Assulters or Supporters. Stun Assulters, stay with Gin, Stun Supporters, go Ahead and take aizen.

Thnx a lot for advices that helps a lot i recruit first yoruichi than i guess ineed to make some silver and recruit sajin too cause cant do much at 3rd espada halibel :S

No, Ikakku (Lvl 80 partner in tavern)

Ikkaku has higher base stats than Kenpachi, so I think in PvP he is still better than Kenpachi, getting his fury back so quickly is very nice.

But maybe it's close enough that it's hard to decide who to use. I don't even know myself anymore.

no, you can obtain ikkaku from tavern at lvl 80. Inoue is needed, but i manage to pull thru without even having her.
