When I was in the last Ryoka Attack on Server 17 I started using Kisuke Urahara for the first time and in an attempt to make him faster then my main I changed around the speeds till he showed up as having about 2k more with Reiatsu added. But for some reason he still attacked after my main every time and I can't see why. The only thing I could think of is the fact that I use Kazeshini and my assaulters gain more speed then supports so I was wondering if the boost is applied after reiatsu is but doesn't show the difference in the stat menu.
P.S.: Sorry for taking so long to get to the topic, just felt it wouldn't make much sense without the background info.
