Hyorinmaru for 3-1-1 formation

So chinese server had hyorinmaru in last ubp and I already have enough vit for it. How good would be hyorinmaru for 3-1-1 formation with stark and nel?
P.S I have quincy main.

Hyorin is brilliant for supporter and vanguard based formations

and if you have Starrk, how the hell can it be bad

So Hyorinmaru is good zanpakuto if I can't get more expensive one? Then good.

I am not sure about this, because hyorin doesn't give any dmg for assaulters or supports. My friend says that he had him and he was bad.

It depends on how you plan to use him. Its basically a build where you rely on your VG for your main dmg source and on your supports as your backup. It's a defensive setup. So if your aim is for overall damage amongst your team hyorin is NOT the zanpakto for you

If I would get him, I would work on team what is best for hyorinmaru. The main reason why I want to get him is that I can't save my vit any more, because my bp is droping really badly. With hyourinmaru I would use: Stark, Main(10th skill), nel(later gamuza, alot of dodge on stark), Gin(later csb aizen) and yoruichi(later tavern aizen, maybe other support from future ubp).

I find battle report with hyourin, even if this man is using bad formation for him( 1-3-1) his toshiro vanguard is SO tanky.

check hyorin's zanp fortify, noza and toshiro gets more benefits if you are planning to fortify hyoni till the last lvl
