I dont understand hikifunes invincibility

watch TSI get blocked twice clearly with invincibility still on

ok so i know that when you are invincible a block cant hurt you right?
well when hikifune makes you invincible and you attack and get blocked you still take the block damage before the invincibility wears off
i provided an example in the battle report
my main gets blocks and killed by nozarashi while invincibility is still on however towards the end even hikifune gets blocked but she does not take any block damage since invincibility is still on
i have had other instances were some of my invincible partners get blocked but dont take the block damage but some do and sometimes i just get blocked and hurt regardless
anyone else notice this or experience this?
perhaps its a bug or glitch
perhaps it depends in what order you attack i know invincibility wears off right after you attack but the block hits 1st before the buff being removed

Br doesnt work for me. Shouldn't the invicibility buff remove itself when you attack tho?

yes it gets removed right after you attack however the block hits you 1st before it gets removed thats how it always works.

lets compare it with uno kenp's invulnerability

"Invincible" means that they cannot be hit directly. "Invulnerable" means they cannot be harmed.

So No skill or damage  will hit Uno Kenp but invincible is moving out of melee attacks from what i viewed.
Example: So this allowed me to move to a 3 2 0 formation and drop my VG in Ryoka and ES.

its strange tho if you watched the battle reports of course they will just dodge all the attacks period
however when they get blocked its weird because on the 1st BR main gets blocked and hurt yet in the end hikifune gets blocked and not get hurt by it and its happened quite frequently with a mixture of partners
wereas hiki gets blocked and hurt but others dont etc..

if you pay attention to the wording

hikifune gives invincibility
kenny uno gives invulnerability

cast on all allys only, not yourself, you need to pair her with Uno kenp to get those skills setup like that

that is correct, she will dodge EVERYTHING and Hiki skill is to move out of melee attacks and this works great if Hiki keeps going off.

Her ability only applies once ever round also not per a turn so you don't get 50% chances on multiple turns with combo. She is a upgrade for me because I have a full T1 team and can take advantage of it but Brah actually lost damage I think with her. So for PVE be very careful using her.
