In Thanksgiving Carnival I did not recive the VIP reward (I am VIP 5).
Someone know why?

A little short on explanation. Did you claim it/ receive, and it's not there, or are you looking for vip 5 reward chest, cause if you are there's no vip 5 reward, just vip4 and vip 6, they skipped 5

So, I can't claim nothing because I'm VIP 5 , but VIP 1,2 and 4 can? Being VIP 5 I think that I can claim VIP 4 reward.
This have no sense in this way.

I think it's actually bcs of the number of slots, this way its vip 1 2 4 6, on one page, and 7 8 9 10 on another.

Vip 6 and 7 have the same reward, so do 8 and 9. I think if there was vip 5 the reward would be same as vip 4. It's unfortunate that you can't claim atleast vip 4, maybe it's a glitch, actually it probably is, there's no way they would leave someone out when they're giving away so much stuff. But there's ton of free stuff rest, bear with it

Drown your sorrow in some of the equip. There's smth for each 0 lvl that can be helpfull

i'm vip 5 too. I still think it's unfair. Vip 3 and 5 have paid more than vip 1 and 2. If they had to drop some one they should have dropped vip 1 and 2.
It makes no sense to me what they did in this event.
