KENPACHI LVL 90-1OO WORTH IT?

I'm level 88 and I'm about to reach level 90 soon.  I was told to get kenpachi at level 90 to maximize my ryoka and ES damage.  My current team is main (kido), ikkaku, SWP grimmjow, tavern kisuke and rukia.  I'm saving my grimmjow coupons for level 100 to upgrade my grimmjow to panthera.  Knowing this, should I get tavern kenpachi only for level 90-100?  Because when I reach 100, he will be replaced by panthera grimmjow.  

I use a 2-2-1 formation, to level my rukia, only for pve I use 2-3-0 formation or 1-3-1 formation.Because of this my SWP grimmjow is level 82, because I use him only for events.

Should I get Kenpachi at level 90-100?  Or should I stick with SWP grimmjow and level up my reiatsu instead?  I think I will reach level 100 in about 2 months time or maybe 8 weeks.

I have been doing a lot of research it mostly depends on who you have in formation, since Kenpachi is a damge dealer, obviously Hara and Ruki are good with him
but i have been told to keep both cause the modifications were decent.
