I have problem with "sorry you were disconnected"

Really. I'm playing this game from U.K. on U.S. server. Every time, when I'm battling or chatting for 5 minutes, game is disconnecting me. It's really big problem when I want to go on seireitei or somewhere, where I have to battle much. The same problem is with the any kind of activities. I can't do them because before time will cool down I'm already "disconnected" and cooling down starts again. I'm always refreshing the page...why? What's going on? Can you resolve it?

It can't be problem with my location, because it's not so far from U.K. and I have some friends in Latvie (whitch is much more farther than U.K.) and thay are playing good. And my provider works fine. I really want to know what to do and why it happens. Maybe some1 has the same problem?

I don't believe its a server sided issue (gogames). If it was, we would have seen many more posts on the forum stating that.

Are you using a computer/laptop/tablet/phone?
Are you on Wireless or on a wired connection?

You said, your provider works fine, how did you confirm that?

Are you downloading/uploading (a lot of) things while you play?  Or are you streaming?

To be honest, your problem sounds like a package drop issue which comes from a connection which is not 100% stable. I have seen that this game is really sensative to connectivity issue's.

I'm using laptop and my internet is Wifi. I know that it works fine because I have friend who works with computers and internet connections and first of all I asked him to make full check. He was calling to the my internet server provider administrator or something like that can't translate it correctly. When I'm playing bleach it's the only thing which is running on my computer. No such things as Skype, downloaders and others...What about sensitive connection...I'm playing Naruto which has sensitivity on that too and I don't have such problems like here. And it is kicking me out on every battle...even if it's sensitive to the connection, it can't be so madness.

its something with the game. been getting this all the time after reset. never had any problems prior to that.

I'm having the same problem too. It really annoying especially if it happens during the event. And where's the tech support. I've been going through this forum every single day and the same problems have been posts (disconnected, black screen, freezing) over and over again. But there's no answer. Has anyone tries to send email to the game. I can't send one. I don't know whats the problem, I clearly used the email address given by the Bleach Online Official Operating Team. Having posting lots of problems, bugs, etc, and still the same problem happening again and again.

where r u from Nurul ? which country ? ASIA ? maybe ur ISP got problem connecting to the US...
