Gold Disappearing

Dear Comunity,
I'm So Disappointed right now ...  I use to have 1,800 GOLD In My Account And Decided To TopUp Anther 10$. Thinking I'll have over 2,000 Gold but turn out half my gold disappeared for no reason I didn't buy anything with my gold I Just dropped from 1,800 + 10$ to 1,300 Gold ... PLEASE help

And In The Limited Feedback It Seems Like I Spend over 993 Gold  Exactly ... The Thing is I Didn't Use My Gold In Any Thing When I TopUp 10$ I Just Collected The Stuff From events and pretty much that's it
