Something wrong with gegetsubiri nighmare mode

I'm stuck in conquest of might zampakuto in nightmare difficulty with Gegestubiri, the condition are those:

Win in 10 rounds
Make sure all Assaulter survive
Make sure that no one die
Reinforcement Hp is no less than 10% at the end of battle

Are easy condition and I satisfy with no problem but he doesn't give me the credit for killing and won't make me pass on the next stage.
There are some known bug or errors in translation of conditions?

can you post an image rather than type the conditions? I don't exactly doubt what you wrote, but just for me to personally get a more clear picture of what i'm trying to assist you in, then I can help out more accurately ^^

in this case, all you need to do is 1-shot enemy team

unless the description is weird and it's asking for Omaeda to be below 10% hp, then yeah, that xD

i did it to. but could pass 6th stage
