can stats such as crit rate not go above 90% at all except from mods and evol?

The current cap on crit, break, combo, dodge, counter and block are all 90%

Yes and only stuff like bond, evo and mods can surpass 90%

the cap is 90%. it goes beyond only via bond/evo/mod.. there is no cap to how much evo/mod/bond can go till so yeah
i couldnt get bya/mug's break above 90%, only via evo did it go up
