Progress Erased?

I had logged into my account and joined server S53 as always and I was reset to a lvl 1 normal character, I dont know how but I have lost all progress and even my character (Rexon Emoria) please fix this or at least get back to me on why this is happening.

you sure your on the right account and server? and maybe EU vs US as well though i'm not sure how far the EU servers are atm.

I am actually sure, I only created one account and I know Im on the right server.

I apologize, I had first logged into S53 and it was my latest server but somehow my entire data got move to 52?

check browser history? to see all the servers u visited
