well, if you got the money, no reason at all,  but yeah, your math is right

That's right but fury drops to 0 after using your skill.
You can also have a fake T1 with 4x 16% and 2x 14% but you will need a Psychic weapon enchant. (green stones)

Green enchant stones can only be obtained from exchanging red stars in soul hunt or low level konso right?
