i topped up 2 times 1.2k gold and still haven't got it. And i really wanted the n.2 spot in ultimate charge

it could a really long time ... sometimes 24 hrs and sometime 4 days lol

It all depends on how much you've spent recently. If you don't normally spend a lot and you just started spending a bunch real recently then sometimes they put a long delay on your orders. Make sure and check your emails to see if they sent you anything about it.
