Evil Spirit and Ryoka formations?

I have a question

So for evil spirit and ryoka, is it best to remove the VG?

so run a 0-3-2?

Also, do you need a healer for these?

Id not, I assume (Im 65) that we use Ninao and Rukia with main / renji / rang?

Also I have been running 1-2-2

Rang would need gear she uses same as sado, but gems and enhances are different? do you all make an extra assaulter set just for these events?

you dont need healer in evil spirit and ryoka.. and no you dont need an extra set for rangi just transfer all the item of your tank to rangi.

really it depends on what you want to do.. Some people have a lineup of partners they use in events, and a different set for PvP.

In both of those events your goal is to maximize damage, the best way to do it is remove the vanguard and run a 2a-3s, or 3a-2s, format.. with your strongest attack by % (usually skill 5) or one of the 2 buff skills (skill 2 or skill 9) mixed with Kazeshini if you're level 65 and higher, and that'll help you maximize your returns..

Spirit is basically all about maximizing your damage, the more dmg you do the higher silver you'll get.. after the first few attacks on spirit the xp gain is an afterthought. so for that one the 2-3 or 3-2 works best.

Now Ryoka is a little different, while the same strategy applies, and maximizing damage helps for better ranking placement.. This event is one of the primary sources for XP gain.. So sometimes I like to leave my vanguard in during ryoka, because of the XP he misses out on from having him out, has him lagging behind after a while in terms of leveling up. And really Ryoka is more about timing, there are usually a few people on each server who basically get all the kills on Ryoka with another 4-10 getting the odd kill here and there.. So if that's the case I suggest focusing on quantity over quality.. If everyone sits back to snipe then you're wasting precious attack time.. You can generally attack about 25-28 times over the course of an event if you aren't focused on getting the kill, sometimes more when you do get a few kills in there along the way..
