How to clear this mission please help

Can someone tell me how to clear this mission?
It's number 12 in the reincarnation on Hard difficulty and there is an equal mission on Hard difficulty for personal evolution.
I have tried all I can think of, even had the extra (Renji in this case) do over 8% damage and naturally made sure he survives, that my VG survives and that a female partner survives but nothing seem to work so can someone tell me how to clear it please?

It's the mission in itself, it is also a part of the agent of shinigami one, but then again they did quite a rework on a lot of the missions when reincarnation came and a lot of missions no longer have requirments.

Usually when it says no less then 1 damage, it means that he has to do at least 30% of the dmg dealt (reinforcement in this case renji)

Try it, 100% positive it should work, unless it's hard to make him do 30%
Edit: Also note that renji (reinforcement) counts as a partner. So main, female partner and renji should do

No 30% is a little to hard for such a weak extra to do, 10% is about the best I can do.
