Arena reward not received.

Hello, so I placed at rank 2 in arena after the first week and was supposed to receive an reward for the top 3 in the arena after the first week. After reset however, there was no reward. I received the one for level-up rank, BR rank, and for guild rank but I did not receive the reward for the arena which was arguably the best one. I am on US server 53 and my character's name is DragonZ. I would send this to a support team but whenever I click on "support" or "contact us" nothing happens. So if there is anything that you can do to help it would be very appreciated.

reward is given on days: 2, 4, and 6 of the first week (no reward on the last day).
