I topped up for my first time and I have 555 gold, what is the wisest thing to spend your gold into?

save it up , get all lvl 70 partners , mod them up . use inherit to mod yamamomimemu

555g doesn't get you really anything... so definitely save it up.  Spending tiny sums of gold at a time is a good way to waste gold.  You get WAY more bang for your buck if you top up big at the right moment and then spend big at the right moment.
