you can only claim one gift. VIP 2-4 is the same. You're not missing anything.

I think you're misunderstanding lol. VIP 2-4 at least get to claim something. VIP 3-5 have nothing to claim since you can only claim the rewards for your exact VIP level. I can't understand them being somewhat frustrated over it.
