How much does Zanpakuto and Reiatsu make a difference?

As the title says, how much does a person's zanpakuto and reiatsu make a difference in PvP on who goes first? I am trying to better refine my team but I seem to get beaten quite a bit due to the T1 Hikis out there. Even though my Zanpakuto and Reiatsu is higher they still go first. And yes my fastest person has full 10 agi's, so speed is around 156k without reiatsu bonus and 207k with the bonus. (Not 100% sure what their speed is) Thanks for any info you can give!

Reiatsu makes difference for sure: it adds all main stats = your partners have more Agi = more Speed. Zanapkuto will make you faster overall (if it has "+X Speed") or some of you partners (if it has "+X% Speed" for Support\Assaulter line)

Does the +X% speed from partners auto calculate or do they have to use their skill for it to be applied?

As someone with (atm) the fastest T1 Hiki in my CSB on the way to the top, I wonder if you're one of my opponents... since your stats aren't that far off from what I face.

As far as Zanpakuto are concerned, they have passive bonus and active bonus which is applied with the Skill... so the Tensa my opponents use doesn't actually do that much over my Zangetsu. The active buff - which was the main selling point for Muramasa and Tensa - isn't really worth that much, since the Zanpakuto does the Skill before your fastest partner, if the enemy has a faster one, he'll usually kill your fast char or at least deduct fury etc.

What server are you from?

And.. what zanpoakuto / partners do you have? Since I'm using hikifune and fight hikifune on my server 24/7, I might know a trick or two. :p

I use Kazashini, current team is Sajin, Kisuke, Ikkaku, main and Byakuya.

You got me a bit wrong. +X% Speed is "for" partners, not "from". You can see it in Zanpakuto description or at the bottom of Formation tab. And it's passive bonus, so it's automaticaly applied to partners in you formation (try to cancel Kazeshini materialization - you'll see how your speed goes down)

Zanpakutos with speed fortify does really make a difference.
