What does Mod mean? I saw it on partners (additional stats) while i'm reading forums.

Don't worry about it right now, it's not in the NA/EU version, only CN version. We won't be seeing it anytime soon. It allows you to upgrade partner stats/skills in depth.

In a later update you will be able to add Mods to your team..they take time to earn so you cannot get all the bonuses at once...if it says something like +5% crit that means you will be able to add +5% crit to that character once you unlock that particular mod. The update will probably come out next year sometime.
