1. Pretty sure no one cares if you refresh to skip battle cause there is still a full minute cooldown.

2. I'm 99% sure that doesn't work in Ryoka as the cooldown starts the moment you re-join the event room unlike in Evil Spirit where to cooldown begins the moment your enter battle. (so in evil spirit you can shave off the extra loading time it takes to enter the event room)

at least half of the players are vip 4 anyways so I don't see what's his problem. It's also a lot harder to snipe when you refresh cause of auto enter.

There really aren't any rules as far as any of this goes. As long as you aren't altering the game in some form aka. hacking, which as far as I know isn't possible, then you aren't breaking any rules.
