is there any red partner?

i was just wondering if there are red partners at lvl 100....  can u tell me how many red reishi will i need or silvers to recruit one?

Only gold reishi so far. Red characters are usually from events.

Nop red chars arent avalable yet even the SS chars still are gold so maybe red chars gonna be SSS and orange 20-S or something

There no red char available not in the cn version also......all the event chars-the ones with  sss , ss and s+ evaluations are also gold so basically maybe we will not see any red char untill someones reaches lvl 120+

Red characters start being recrutable at lv130, if Ultimate Ninja parity is kept.
