Us Server only open Black Screen

I can not access my server.
Whenever I try to access, gets black screen.


I tried to access one of the EU servers and entered normally.
Only in my US101 server that can not.

Can someone help me?

I clear cookies and Cached Images and did not work. :/

Try clearing your browser history also, just remember your login and password and delete cookies again.
