Anyone else had problems with offgamers?

About 34 hours ago I tried purchasing gold from them via bitcoins. Today 2 am I got a message saying the money reached them but "wasn't enough" so I contacted live support who also confirmed that the money had indeed reached them, but was not enough. (Even though it was over 5USD more then what they asked for!)

After a long struggle with the live chat, the person in the other end said "representive said that the money never arrived and I should contact my bank".

UPDATE: After contacting Adyen, support just didn't even respond to me... just literally help chat open for 5 minutes and closed it.

Offgamers has a problem with getting the gold out quickly. I used them once, and have heard similar stories from others, and it took almost 4 hours for the gold to finally be given to me. I haven't used them since.

I've used offgamers a couple times with Paypal, never had an issue regarding payment, just it does take a bit longer, but I'll be honest, it's cheaper so cheaper gold = cheaper service, you get what you pay for.

Yeah... I wouldn't mind waiting if I knew the gold was going to come eventually. It's just that they "don't have" my money even though I have clearly sent it to them which they initially admit to.

Well being, I've only used Paypal, I wouldn't know how other payment methods work.

Offgamers payments changed like 1-2 months ago right? Pretty sure they could take almost any kind of payment.. Anyways, I've had problems with them in the past as well :T
Said 1-2 months ago.. I top'd up for 500 USD using Offgamers... with 30min passing and no gold on my account or anything I started getting worried, after checking my Bank Account online, I could see that they did recieve my money.
At the time I quickly cancel'd the transfer order, not having my 500USD back after what.. 2-3 hours I contacted them through support email only to know that the money would be back in my hands in.. max 14 days <.<

Ask me, keep the f'ck away from Offgamers..(Pardon my language)
I've used Gate2Shop ever since, it's quick, reliable and after purchase where you get the "Thanks for purchase screen", it'll only take like 2-5 seconds for the Gold to appear.

Thats just my personal experience, I don't trust anyone that sits on the other side and handle transfers for this game if they can't even deliver what you paid for, even less so give your money back shortly within cancelling the Order.
Before you ask, yes, I did get reply on my mail to them, afraid I drown that part in my ranting ^^, and yes, I did get my money back after 3-4 days <.<**sigh**

Top'd up for the same amount of cash alil' later through Gate2Shop Got the gold immidiatly and I managed to buy some good sh't in-game :3

Ive used OffGamers quite a bit myself i highly suggest that you dont even scroll over there icon. after about the 10th time buying through them i was a gold member... thats when things got a bit out of hand and where i blew my top on a customer support. (lets just say my card is declined from them ) they started sending me confirm emails on each purchase which some times took up to 2 hours to work out before i got my gold. i am just fed up with them all together they over drew my bank account when i cancelled one order causing me to lose 250$ but i had my bank and i call them up on a line the next day and worked everything out and got my money back. so yea this is my story
