Average for a level 65 will normally be around the 150k -175k range unless they take time to work on stuff and not rush their leveling too much. 350k total battle power would be roughly the limit of a level 65 (maybe even 400k+ depending on how long they sit at that level and fortify zanpakuto and such).

I think it is pretty good, my VIP0 is 65 now with around that for BP now.
