characters bugged

my characters die without action and subject to attack during the battle, that happens only against a player who is taking advantage of this thing in his favor, three weeks to write support for the problem but I got pasta and beans, seriousness zero. not always clear the cache or change helps some character, the strange thing is that the antivirus often removes cookies malware. for solving the problem I have to write to Santa Claus?

idk, that i know them let the battle full hp without have dmg or do action

no sorry 1 player has a normal team and i have self prob isn't a question of what he has o hasn't, is a problem of battle

Just show a battle report or you wont literally make any sense.
