Fury damage question

Does anybody know how much attack or damage percentage does an extra 25% fury on a partner give to the partner itself?

I can only beat an espada in solo fight in hollow soul map when I have 25% extra starting fury.  50 fury from basic stones which gives the partner 25% extra starting fury.  Without that fury I can't beat espada gin solo fight but with the extra 25% starting fury I do beat him.  

So my question, I'd like to know how much damage percentage of attack bonus does 25% extra start fury gives to my partner?

I thought it was .5% attack per fury over 100, or something along those lines. I could be wrong but that's what I remember hearing back in the day.

if i remember right it was 0.25% per 1 fury point .-.  dunno i read it somewhere around

Interesting info.  But what I'd like to know now is whether the extra fury affects normal attacks or only skill attacks?

From what I read it gave more skill damage, but I don't know what about normal attack (regular damage)

You only get extra damage for each fury OVER 100 fury.
If you have over 100 fury you skill.

Ah o.k. makes sense.  I start with 25 fury from stones and 50 fury from partner so that's 75.  Then I attack so that would mean my extra damage is from 125 fury.

Another thing troubling me is that Currently I have the soul blade enchant, which gives 4% more damage on shura kenpachi who I use for hollow soul 1vs1 gin.  Would the crit enchant 20% give more overall damage than the soul blade's 4%?

Well just as you'd expect. That depends. How often do you crit with him? If it's more than 1/5 times then yes, it's better
