use eagle eyes title with your current setup, should be more than enough

As you level up higher, you will require less hit rate... So be patient.

Well. Thats just for hit rate. They got counter, tanky as fudge  and shit like  stuns and disarm.

If they're using kirinji then eagle eye raider title won't do anything for them. It's for assaulters only.

With ikkaku i can have 180+ hitrate with eagle eye but still not enough to beat #2nd guard

if you plan on hittng aizen tosen, gin then yeah its a bunch, and still usually don't hit em ;)  All my chars have 230% or higher hit rate on em without eagle eye.  Put it on for aizen fight in soul map and still only hit him twice, lost the solo, won the team.  Even with levels, still need the %.  Secondly, use a different character ;)
