Help with formation

Hello to all

I'm pretty new to this game and have some issue getting a decent formation
I am VIP 7 and bought some char's
Zabimaru Renji (Assaulter)
Yamamoto (Assaulter)
Kirinji Tenjiro (Supporter)
Shinigami Urahara (Supporter)
Sopisticated Rengiku (Vanguard)

So my question is about the 1 - 2 - 2 formation
are those supporters a good combination or should i get a healer (who ??)

They are. You should Unohana at lvl 90 (healer)
Formation doesn't have to be ultimate while climbing up, you can always switch back and forth for for diff. and specific tasks. Keep in mind that you'll also need stunners for hollow soul, other than that I see no issues, keep working hard and everything will fall in place.

can you tell me what zanpukto you have and what are u intending to use ( or using ) ?

decent team,  i hate healer supports.   Soph is a good healer for my team, so I assume she will be good for you.  Something to look at,  fully modded Tavern Kieske can make your Team much easier and cheaper to T1, which is a big deal.  Hyorin is a good zanpacto for your team, but you will want to make soph a monster.

Now i am level 67 and my zanpukto is Sogyo no Kotovari and for now i am using it for all instances cause it is a SSS
For now i am using 1 - 3 - 1 formation cause Shinigami Urahara (level 46) and Sopisticated Rengiku (level 55) need to be leveled up (waiting for level 70 to buy some EXP)

PS i am Arrancar so do i need wisdom instead of strenght

and one more question can stockets be inherited to the next gear ???

Dont use sockets on low level gears , save them for atleast lvl 100 +

you are vip 7 already , it wont take time to u to reach lvl 100 but afterwords its take time so yeah use sockets  on 100+ gears
