Yamamoto vs H. Byakuya. Eng gamr formation

Current formation.Level 120
Supports: Kirinji and Kisure (tavern)
Assaulters: Pantera Grimmjow and Main (ghostblade)
Vanguard: Starrk (of fckig course!!)
Zanpaktu: Senbonzakura

Speed order

Kisuke (T1)-->Kirinji(T1 with kisuke)-->Grimmjow(T1)-->Main(T1 with Kisuke)-->Starrk

Im planning on getting Shinso Gin from legend gallery in about 40 days.So ill be getting Yamamoto from Cultivation.
Shinso will be T1 in Kisukes place.Im gathering his evo items for a long time so as soon as i get him ill evo him up to the max.
My end game formation  will be like this.Im also a month  away from 4000 challenge stones.

Supports: Kirinji and Shinso Gin
Assaulters:Yamamoto (or H. Byakuya)  and Main (ghostblade)
Vanguard: Nozarashi Kenpachi
Zanpaktu: Senbonzakura


So my question is.
Do i keep Yamamoto and use him instead of H. Byakuya?
I could buy Shura Kenpachi in  H. Byakuya's place too.


Would appreciate any advice.

What is your current pve team ? If you are happy with your dmg go for H. byakuya since he is faster than yamamoto, but i'd go for shura ken. He's a monster on pve (unless u can afford b. renji) and well yamamoto is for free.

i do 22M dmg per hit on ES
Kirinji, Kisuke, Grimmjow, Ishida, MainNo i cant take Benji :/

Then for pve,

kisuke, orihime (after u get yama), grimmjow, csb ken, main 8th skill , thats what i have (w/o orihime) and currently dealing ~42m

and for pvp the team u planned with yama instead of byakuya

Yama has more damage than byakuya while byakuya can easily outspeed Yama.
that's pretty much about it.

So in my head goes like this:
Shinso will go first to T1 the others.Before he attacks though Senbon will attack buffing the speed of assaulters by a good amound.So then in terms of speed, i believe after  the buff they should be close.
Of course i dont want my assaulters to outspeed shinso cause they wont be T1 then.

im new in game but i think. yama or h.byakuya i choose byakuya. get white ichigo or aizen with that points. in this case byakuya ll do more dmg then yama in pve dmg rate+combo %100(main ll hit 2 times)

Yama Is better in this case, if you were going for pure T1 then Byakuya would be better because don't forget the zanp buff would be useless if you're opponent had pure T1 and he had the advantage of speed before the zanp buffs
