what formation is better?

i really need help im kinda lost. i have spirit blade for main. and planning starrk as my vg. ty for the answers.

With maxed out equip any formation will do. Make what you like and enjoy the game.

running a 1-2-2 with Starrk and Kazeshini...
Starrk, Main, Ikkaku, Gin, Aizen
Kieske, Rukia, and Kenpachi also at level to swap in for pve
good damage, control, great pve damage!!

1-1-3 for pve is not advised,  not even really 0-2-3 as assaulters by far deal much more damage in pve.
for pvp however...
Ashisogi Jizo for your zan (f2p)
Visored Hirrako/Starrk, Main, Momo/Harribel/Gin, Yourichi/Aizen, Jushiro are my tavern choices depending on your level
Visored Hirrako/Starrk and Main for raw damage
Momo/Harribel/Gin and Yourichi/Aizen to control the enemies, and Jushiro to protect your control machine.  
Kieske is a good sub for Jushiro to make everyone to skill more often and to help with a quick and dirty T1 situation.

*Note*
Starrk and Main need massive str bonuses,  Gin and Aizen need to be blistering fast, supports need to have your best hit stones (so they can won't miss and can provide your control mechanism.
put Str stones instead of wisdom stones on you weakest controller so you can swap them out for an additional assaulter for pve (swapping in a third assaulter for your vang till wave 50 in ryoka is advised as well)  you will need an additional weapon this way, but trust me it will pay for itself.  also, Zabimaru is the best f2p zanpacto for pve as well.

Of course if you VIP this may change some, but this is what I would do if I started over and was F2P

recently swapped to a 1-1-3 for pvp, and upon testing,  under equipped Tenji (dirt cheap red, forgot how to spell name) deals slightly less damage than Event Zabimaru Renji (the S+ one, not SWP) so my statement of 0-2-3 not being recommended for pve apparently does not cover every setup...   before you make your decision, I'd suggest you swap around your equipment and party and test for yourself.
