Since when is the katen kyokotsu -/+ 0% attack for the vg?

It's the only zanpakuto that upgrades that stat as you increase it from base to hogyoku-kai. -30% at base, -20% at shikai, -10% at bankai, +-0% at hogyoku-kai.

Anyone starting over now can absolutely wreck a server, they'd pick the right choices and only spend their currency on the right/best things like partners, stones etc.

Yea i did, he still wants a strong account anyways...

Endgame is boring in comparison to starting at lvl 1, so i don't get it, but well, he wants what he wants

I can understand the shortcut, but still, tell him the new account he'd make would be more op and stronger than the VIP 10 account he would get now

The only exceptions would be if he got the VIP 10 acc off the people that are the 'strongest' in this game, those that are consistently upgrading with new, well, everything

Anyone that would be willing to sell their account would be a mistake for him to buy it. He really does need to start fresh. Only accounts that would be worth his time would be mine, bwg's, dragoon's, Ameliane's, evilnite's, Natsu's, and maybe a couple others. I'm assuming he wants to be US btw, that's why I didn't name any EU accounts. Anyways, none of the people I just named would be willing to sell as far as I know so he should give up on buying an account and just start one himself. Besides, that's how you learn the game anyways.
