i know a partner like hiki would never be cheap but i remember someone mentioning on forum somewhere that you could get her for 6k gold in discount frenzy....is this true or is there another event where she is cheapest?

during holiday events 12k partners are sometimes 6-8k gold. i would wait untill easter, we might get some cheap stuff.
