I see ppl with fully modified characters like how?! Even with reset you would require gigantic amount of cupons/gold.
Even when buy fragments there's a limit
Like how the fuck can you get it
Last modify is more than 1500

The cheapest I've seen modify fragments is 1 modify for 30 gold
And not worth it

Some people, I think buy them in events (e.g. anniversary feast), as well as (or instead of) getting a partner with points, they get modify fragments. I think 20 points for 1 fragment, and I think partners are 12k-50k points (depending on the partner). Something like that. Basically gold.

Some events give Modify fragments With the partners you buy, for example when Yhwach first came out if you bought him you could have got him with enough frags for him 5th mod or something
