Coupon disappearing

I emailed gogames support like 3 or 4 times and havent heard back

but is anyone else noticing that their coupons are going missing, like ill be AFK while im auto battling or doing an auto instance, and when i come back ill have a email from visoreds revenge saying that i spend 50 coupons, and now i see that i spent 100 coupons,

i think i posted my other complaints in the wrong section so ill be posting them here,

but has this happened to anyone else, and what sux is that before visoreds revenge i had no way of knowing what happened to my coupons, so i prolly lost a bunch, i knew i was missing some but i thought i was just forgeting i bought some but now i know they are just disappearing,

and this happeneds every single day, and its really starting to piss me off, i have 500 coupons left and 500 gold., i would just spend them coupons so i dont lose them but then ill prolly lose my gold which i want to save for something down the road,

and i want to top up to VIP 4 at midnight, but i really dont want to be losing my coupons and gold every day, or any day for that matter, plus the visoreds revenge will be ending today at midnight so i wont know when im losing them, im gonna have to keep notes,

so please please please fix this bug, and maybe put in a purchase history so we can see where out coupons and gold are going,

also if u can reimburse me for my lost coupons that would be greatly appreciated, and i know i speak for other when i say we spend money to support this game but topping up and we should have some expectation of support and security, and i know every one would agree

if you are non vip4, do you press autobattle gold speed up button? (because this will cost you)

no i dont, i just hit auto battle and then leave the comp running, and come back, but there might be a bug where it is charging me anyone but i wouldnt know,
